Bonus Fun Fact: Bananas are the most popular fruit in the world.

When last we spoke, we in the Androwski household were about to close on a house. The good news is, that happened! We are now homeowners and we have way more house than I have ever lived in. Plus, a rockin’ garage to boot. We also have a dishwasher (that isn’t Michelle or I). There is no bad news, other than being very busy with moving in, side projects, apartment cleaning, and work. I think we are settling in now, so hopefully things will slow down a bit.

What does this have to do with bananas? Well, me wanting to make a good impression on our new neighbors, I put together bags of goodies for those immediately adjacent to us. I want to start things off on the right foot, before our dogs ruin it with their barking. In researching what to put in said goodie bag, I found that bananas are easily the most popular fruit. Bonus Bonus Fun Fact: Chocolate chip is the most popular type of cookie.

So bananas and chocolate cookies, along with a letter from Michelle and I saying hello, went into the goodie bags. We delivered them last weekend in a sort of reverse trick-or-treat fashion. It’s all quite wholesome.
