Bonus fun fact: The average adult human hangs about 20 square feet of skin on their bodies. I think most of us have heard that the skin is the largest organ of the body, but to know the quantity of said skin is something else entirely. Twenty square feet is the size of a pretty decent walk-in closet or enough material to make a couple nice dresses (that’s a movie reference, by the way).
Anyway, it was something I was surprised to learn.
